A series of color images and brief essays in Ukrainian describing the history and culture of the city of Drohobych southwest of Lviv in western Ukraine. Many of the cultural features of the city marked on the detailed street map on the front side of this brochure, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, are pictured and described in more detail here; a listing of the features also gives a key to their location on the map grid. Among the famous people of Drohobych featured here with texts and images is the Jewish artist and writer Bruno Schulz, shown in a photo and with samples of his artwork; the house museum dedicated to Schulz in Drohobych is also highlighted in the museums section. This side of the brochure also includes a small map showing Drohobych in relation to nearby towns such as Borislav, Truskavets, and Stryi. In addition to the street map, the front side of this brochure presents a symbol key locating many types of architectural and cultural heritage, and a street index keyed to the map grid.
