A detailed street map of the city of Boiarka southwest of the capital of Kyiv in north-central Ukraine, with a symbol legend identifying many types of tourist sites and civic services, and an extensive street index keyed to the grid on the map. The rail line, which arrived in 1860 and helped to turn Boiarka into a resort easily accessible from Kyiv, still features prominently in the city. The reverse side of this map, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, provides a series of color images and brief essays in Ukrainian describing the history of the city and its cultural sites of interest.
