Brody Tourist Map 2011

A detailed street map of the city of Brody (בראָד) northeast of Lviv in western Ukraine, with a list of streets (including Jewish Street and Sholem-Aleichem Street) indexed to a grid, plus a symbol key identifying many types of architectural and cultural heritage such as the ruin of the Great Synagogue and a Holocaust memorial in the new Jewish cemetery. An inset shows the Brody administrative district with many labeled cities and towns. The reverse side of this map, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, presents historical essays on the city and region in Ukrainian and English languages along with a brief history of the Brody Jewish community and its native writer Joseph Roth.
