Kiev (Kyiv) History and Cultural Sites 2022

The reverse side of a detailed street map of Kyiv, the capital and largest city of Ukraine, by the Ukrainian Cartographic Group of Kyiv. Included here in English are a list of well over 1000 streets and squares in Kyiv, a high-scale map of the city center, plus a historical essay and a very detailed list of tourist attractions, numbered and keyed to the grid on this map, along with color photos and drawings of significant local heritage sites. Shown on the city center map is the Great Choral Synagogue labeled and marked with a Star of David; elsewhere the former Karaite Kenesa is marked on the map and listed as an architectural heritage site.
