A detailed multi-color street map in Russian of the historic city center of Brest in southwestern Belarus, published by Belkartografia in 2019. Brest was formerly known as Brest-Litovsk, Bieraście, Brześć, and Berestye, and in Yiddish as בריסק or Brisk. The map labels major and minor streets throughout central Brest, as a companion map to one of greater Brest on the opposite side, which also includes a legend applicable to features on this city center map. Twenty-one architectural features of the city center are represented with photographs and descriptive text. More than 70 sites of interest to tourists are indexed to the left of the map with contact information and locations keyed to the map grid. On the map and in the index, the former Choral Synagogue is marked with a symbol indicating its current function as a cinema; nearby, the former new Jewish cemetery is identified as the sports complex which replaced it.
