A detailed multi-color street map in transliterated English of the city center of Grodno (also Hrodna, and Grodne or גראָדנע in Yiddish) in western Belarus, published by Belcartographiya in 2014. The map labels major and minor streets throughout central Grodno, and an index on the front side of the map lists more than 300 streets and squares keyed to the map grid. Helpful building outlines and numbering are included throughout. Symbols on the map are defined in a legend at lower left, and include administrative, transport, cultural, and entertainment services. An index of more than 60 cultural sites and sightseeing attractions keyed to the map includes a 19th-century synagogue near the old castle, but other surviving synagogues are not marked. A brief history of Grodno in English is also included, as are photos and descriptions of the two castles and five historical Christian sites.
