A large and detailed multi-color road map in Russian of the Brest district (raion) in southwestern Belarus, published by Belkartografia in 2024. The Brest district surrounds the city of Brest, which is administered separately; adjacent districts partially covered by the map include Kamyenyets, Zhabinka, and Malaryta. As seen on the map, the city and district of Brest are quite close to the borders of both Poland and Ukraine, though the border tripoint near the city of Tamašoŭka is not specially marked. An extensive map legend identifies with symbols, colors, and line types a large number of map features, including borders, road types and transit points; travel, tourism and entertainment facilities; and historical and cultural sites and monuments. Also highlighted in texts and images are 15 architectural monuments of particular significance, keyed to the map grid for ease of location.
