Digital scan of a multi-color street map and town plan of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, originally from 1936 when it was part of Poland and known as Wilno. Reprinted in Warsaw in 1989, the map uses color to identify building density and landscape areas in the city center and on both sides of the Vilnia River. Streets are labeled in Polish language, and together with numbered buildings are keyed to an index on the back side of the map.
