Derived from an earlier high-scale, detailed Soviet topographic map, the map includes elevation contour lines and peaks, outlines of all buildings, named streets, and waterways. This plan version overlays 63 planned updates to the urban layout with changes to residential buildings, schools, a sports complex, and other changes; in general these changes have not been implemented. Handwritten annotations in English indicate the locations of four features of Jewish heritage in the town.
